RENTAL INQUIRY RESPONSE (Updated Aug, 2008)

Thank you for your rental inquiry for Cayman Sands. This oceanfront Villa was built in 2000 and it has provided many families (including ours) with wonderful memories of crystal blue water, ocean breezes, sandy beaches, watching shooting stars, children chasing crabs at night and general relaxation. The hardest part will be leaving. 

The house was designed for the first impression. When you & your anxious family walk up to the double glass front doors, you see straight through the house-- across the living room, freshwater swimming pool, sun terrace, sandy backyard/beach and to the gazebo & ocean. Everyone (especially the person who did all the legwork!) gets a burst of energy/relief when they walk inside.

We try hard to keep the house very clean & sharp, as we believe that if your house looks like you don’t care about it; neither will your guests. We built this home for our extended family first, and rental second. We furnished it with durable, quality furniture and appliances.
